4 pounds Turkey breast (Notes: Bone-in, skin on)

1 tablespoon Olive oil (Notes: Can substitute with melted butter)

2 teaspoons Kosher salt

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Black pepper

1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary (Notes: Chopped)

1 tablespoon Fresh thyme (Notes: Chopped)

10 cloves Garlic cloves (Notes: Peeled and coarsely chopped)
Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).

2Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast.

3Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Place the garlic cloves under the skin and on top.

4Place the turkey breast in the air fryer, skin side down. Air fry for about 20 minutes.

5Flip the turkey breast and continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

6Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
