Ingredients

  • 4 cups Butternut Squash (Notes: Peeled and diced, about 24 ounces.)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (Notes: Or avocado oil.)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (Notes: Optional for sweetness.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Notes: Adjust to taste.)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar (Notes: Optional.)

Instructions

    Put the butternut squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray with olive oil spray.
