Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Sirloin steaks (Notes: 1 inch thick (1 1/2 lbs total))
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Olive oil spray (Notes: For coating the steak)

Instructions
