Instructions

1Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.

2Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

3In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs.

4In a medium bowl, mix together the panko, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

5Dip each ravioli into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

6Place 12-15 ravioli in the air fryer basket, spritz with oil spray, and cook for 3-4 minutes.

7Flip the ravioli, spray with more oil, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining ravioli.
