Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Frozen or refrigerated ravioli
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Oil spray (Notes: For spraying on ravioli before cooking)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (Notes: For serving)

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.

    Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

    In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs.

    In a medium bowl, mix together the panko, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

    Dip each ravioli into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

    Place 12-15 ravioli in the air fryer basket, spritz with oil spray, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
