2 large Apple (Notes: Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp, or any crisp apple variety.)

1.5 teaspoons Coconut oil (Notes: Melted, optional for coating.)

Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

2Wash and slice the apples into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or sharp knife.

3In a bowl, toss the apple slices with melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly coated.

4Place the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.

5Air fry for 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.

6Remove the chips and let them cool on a rack. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
