Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

2Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.

3Rub the olive oil over the chicken thighs, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and dried herbs.

4Sprinkle baking powder over the skin and rub it in.

5Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
