  • freshly ground black pepper (Notes: to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder (Notes: optional)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (Notes: for serving)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly, then pierce them all over with a fork.

    Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
