1 lb. peeled and deveined raw shrimp (Notes: Use 21/25 count shrimp for best results.)

0.5 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp black pepper (Notes: divided)

2 tsp kosher salt (Notes: divided)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 null large eggs (Notes: beaten)

canola oil cooking spray (Notes: or any nonstick spray)

store-bought remoulade sauce (Notes: for serving)
Instructions

1Prepare breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour and seasonings, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs and seasonings.

2Coat shrimp in flour mixture, then in eggs, and finally in panko mixture, ensuring each shrimp is well coated.

3Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with oil.

4Cook shrimp for 5 minutes, shake the basket, spray with oil again, and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.

5Serve hot with dipping sauces.
