  • tonkatsu sauce (Notes: For serving.)
  • shredded cabbage (Notes: For serving.)

Instructions

    Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally and pound to ½-inch thickness.

    Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
