3 tablespoons All-purpose flour or chickpea flour

1 teaspoon Ground cumin

1 teaspoon Ground coriander

0.5 teaspoon Paprika

0.5 teaspoon Baking powder

0.5 teaspoon Salt

0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

2 tablespoons Olive oil (Notes: for brushing)
Instructions

1In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is combined but still slightly chunky. Do not over-process.

2Add flour and pulse again until the mixture holds together when shaped.

3Use your hands or a small scoop to form the mixture into balls or small patties, about 1½ inches in diameter. Place them on a plate or tray.

4Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.

5Lightly brush the falafel balls with olive oil and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

7Serve warm with tahini sauce, pita bread, and fresh vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce.
