Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless pork chops (Notes: ¾” thick)
  • 1 piece Egg (Notes: beaten)
  • 0.5 cup Coarsely ground almonds
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sea salt (Notes: to taste)
  • Garlic powder (Notes: to taste)
  • Black pepper (Notes: to taste)

Instructions

    Beat the egg in a shallow dish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Combine the coarsely ground almonds and grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

    Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat them in the almond and Parmesan mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.

    Place the coated pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 7 minutes.

    Flip the pork chops and continue cooking at 360°F for another 7-10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches between 145°F and 165°F.

    Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
