1 piece Egg (Notes: beaten)

0.5 cup Coarsely ground almonds

0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1Beat the egg in a shallow dish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2Combine the coarsely ground almonds and grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

3Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat them in the almond and Parmesan mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.

4Place the coated pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 7 minutes.

5Flip the pork chops and continue cooking at 360°F for another 7-10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches between 145°F and 165°F.

6Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
