0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (Notes: grated)

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Salt (Notes: or to taste)

0.5 teaspoon Black pepper (Notes: or to taste)

2 large Eggs (Notes: beaten)

0.5 cup All-purpose flour
Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2In a shallow bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3In another bowl, beat the eggs.

4In a third bowl, add the flour.

5Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

6Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.

7Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.

8Air fry for 8 minutes, flip the tenders, spray again, and cook for another 7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
