Instructions

1Start by preparing the chicken breasts. Flatten them with a meat mallet or rolling pin, then cut each one in half to create four pieces of chicken.

2Season the chicken breasts with season salt and pepper on both sides, pressing the seasoning onto the chicken.

3In three separate bowls, prepare the coating ingredients. In one bowl, add flour. In another bowl, whisk eggs. In the third bowl, crush corn flakes until finely crushed.

4Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally, coat it in the crushed corn flakes.

5Spray both sides of the coated chicken breasts with cooking spray, and place them in the basket of your air fryer. Air fry the chicken at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.

6While the chicken is cooking, prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.

7Toast the buns, and spread some of the dressing onto each side of the bun. Top with the cooked chicken, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, or any other toppings you prefer.
