Ingredients

6 pieces Corn tortillas (Notes: You can use yellow or white corn tortillas or flour tortillas.)

1 tablespoon Olive oil (Notes: Can substitute with avocado or vegetable oil.)

0.5 teaspoon Fine sea salt (Notes: Adjust to taste.)

0.5 teaspoon Ground chipotle chili pepper (Notes: Optional for a spicy flavor.)
Instructions

1In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, salt, and ground chipotle chili pepper (if using).

2Brush a very light coating of the oil mixture on both sides of each tortilla.

3Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles.

4Arrange the tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5Air fry at 350°F for 6-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

6Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool completely and repeat with remaining tortillas.
