320 g Puff pastry (Notes: Ready rolled)

400 g Sausages (Notes: Any type, ensure gluten-free if needed)

1 unit Egg (Notes: Beaten for egg wash)

3 tbsp Wholegrain mustard (Notes: Optional for flavor)

1 tbsp Sesame seeds (Notes: Optional for topping)
Instructions

1Remove casing from sausages and mash together in a bowl until no longer lumpy.

2Roll out puff pastry and cut into strips.

3Spread mustard along the center of each strip, then top with sausage meat.

4Brush beaten egg along the edge of the pastry and roll it over the sausage, sealing the edges.

5Cut slits in the top of the pastry and brush with more egg.

6Place in the air fryer at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Allow the puff pastry to rest at room temperature before using.
