Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus (Notes: Trimmed, about 14 to 16 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil (Notes: For drizzling)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic salt (Notes: Or to taste)
  • Black pepper (Notes: To taste)
  • Lemon juice (Notes: For squeezing)
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (Notes: Grated or powdered, optional)

Instructions

    Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

    Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and rinse under cool water. Pat dry.

    In a bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper until well coated.

    Place asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

    Air fry for 6 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender and crisp.
