10 pieces Frozen spanakopita

1 lb Fresh spinach (Notes: Washed and chopped)

1 medium Onion (Notes: Chopped)

2 cloves Garlic (Notes: Minced)

0.25 cup Fresh dill (Notes: Chopped)

0.5 cup Feta cheese (Notes: Crumbled)

Olive oil (Notes: For brushing)

1 package Phyllo pastry (Notes: Thawed)

2 tbsp Cream cheese

1 large Egg (Notes: Whisked for egg wash)

Salt and pepper (Notes: To taste)
Instructions

1Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

2In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

3Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

4Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

5Remove from heat and mix in dill and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

6Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil. Repeat with additional sheets.

7Spoon filling onto the phyllo and fold into triangles or rolls.

8Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
